Default DUMPING fuel... suggestions??

I have a '00 Si w/ Greddy SP Exhaust, ITR Fuel Rail, and GSR FPR... When i bring it into vtec, it POURS gas out of the exhaust... runs REALLY rich... Why is this? I'm told the ITR and Si fuel rails are the same, and the GSR and Si FPR's are the same Psi... Any suggestions? could a sensor be shot? o2? Map? TPS?

Only other thing i notice, is the car has a little buck to it when i hit the gas under regular driving... like i tap the gas, and it jerks and then goes... its not smooth... know what i mean? Help me out... and a to the guy who can help me...
