Icon4 Coolant coming from oil pan drain plug

Alright let me start from the beginning, I have a boosted EG hatch with a B16a2 as the power plant. about 2 months ago I blew the head-gasket. Temps never exceeded 210. I got it home took off the head and clear as day the head-gasket was blown in 3 different spots. I had a OEM head-gasket delivered and installed no problem. The car sat about a month with me having no time to work on it. Today I pulled it into my garage to work on the car and look thru fluids and fix minor leaks. Oil was milky!!! I drained the oil and saw coolant levels were down a bit. I filled it up with coolant and waited. Coolant does not pour from the oil pan but after 2-3 minutes of me filling it up id say I had an ounce of coolant come straight from the oil drain. I have some theory's of what may be wrong.
1. Head and/or block was warp so the new gasket didn't seal

2. Radiator hoses mis-routed. (Unlikely)

3. Cracked block or something else

One more thing to add, when I took the head off, I didn't see any coolant in passages by the cylinder wall. also car doesn't pour white smoke.

Basically you did a poor job installing the head gasket. Along with probably lots of other procedures you should follow, head and deck straightness/smoothness are very important. If you didn't check for warpage then that's probably why. Another thing is torque sequence and torquing in steps.

jdmark1 is right there are a lot of important steps. Every time I remove a cylinder head it goes to the machine shop to get checked out

Also releasing the torque in sequence is very important especially if you have head studs. If you do not have head studs it might be a good investment due to it being "boosted". As you can see the removal is a reverse sequence from installation.

Yeah I think that's the issue, I didn't have the head resurfaced as I am just a poor highschooler. Lesson Learned!

It's all a learning process. There's most likely other things that weren't done completely right anyway. If you re-do it, just make sure to get a copy of the service manual (not the Haynes one). You can find them by googling and downloading a pdf of the service manual.
