Default Tach/speedo/thermo gauge help

Hey guys looking for some help on my tach/speedo and thermo gauge not working. Fuel gauge works, back lighting works but all I get is some vibration in tach and speedo needles but when given gas they stop vibrating, lifted cluster to see if car was vibrating the needles but does it no matter what. running obd1 dizzy on a p28 and cop system so rpm wire should be green not blue. Tried doing one thing of splicing from cop green tach wire to old yellow with green stripe on plug A ecu harness to see if anything would change but no dice. Any help would be awesome.

The back of the clusters are known for heating up and melting the circuit. What year is your car I can pull up the wiring diagram for you for the cluster

My speedo needle is no longer illuminated (although functional) and i want to replace the capacitors and whatever else is needed to replace.
