I have a chipped OBD1 ECU and Xenocron OBD2B-OBD1 ECU jumper harness, both were used for running a B16 engine in an EK Civic. Other than that i don't know much about the parts. There are no blown capacitors or anything.
Not sure about what program was used for the chip (Crome, Neptune, etc.). It's not a ZIF socket I can say that, the chip is soldered in place. It was removed from a EK civic with a B16 engine, so I assume the chip is for running an OBD1 B16 engine. I don't know much more than that so lower price than market reflects a little uncertainty.
