Default 2004 LX Rear Drum to Disc Conversion

Anyone completed this swap from a donor vehicle? I looked around for write-ups but didn't see any. I know you have to route the new ebrake cable from the donor set. I was going to go to LKQ and pull everything off an EX. Any limits on the years I can pull from?

I haven't done it myself, but I cannot imagine it being any different from most other Hondas. Hub, trailing arm, brakes... I also have heard you must also swap the e-brake. I would absolutely stick within the 7th generation if you're planning on keeping your brake lines. BTW, I have a FastBrakes rear BBK kit for sale that still uses the stock calipers.
