So I bought a 98 ex with a swapped z6 in it, it has an obd2a harness (bc it has a y8 manifold, the guy I got the car from did all this so I assume that’s why), so before it was on a p2p with a (incorrectly done crank bypass) car ran like ****, low rpm break up and at time had 0 throttle response then would floor it nothing happened, finally it came back to full power, so long story short oil made its way into the harness and shorted everything kept blowing #44 fuse, replaced the hack job of a harness and got a jumper for the ecu and dizzy (obd1 dizzy) and a p28, now the cars fuel pump doesn’t turn on, the relay buzzes and the cel comes on (didnt with the p2p after I swapped the harness) please help

 

Check the G101 ground connection on the thermostat housing.
