Default Random water in floorboard?

I have a 94 Civic coupe. The issue im having is right in the middle of my passenger side floorboard, my carpet is soaking wet. There is no trail of water coming from firewall or anywhere else. Havent used a/c so its not condensation from it being clogged or anything. Nothing else in the car gets wet and no visible signs of leaking from windshield or sunroof. Has anyone else had something like this happen?

There is a TSB about the seam under the fender. This is one of the highly probable areas that could be affecting you.

TSB attached for reference.
