Icon4 Ignition Key Lock Cylinder

I just recently recovered my 1995 Honda Accord Ex as someone stole it from me. They kept my keys and I have to switch out all my key lock cylinders. I was wondering if I can detach the ignition key lock cylinder from the whole ignition switch assembly without having to replace the whole assembly? I hope someone can help me out this one. Hope everyone is being safe out there with the covid 19 epidemic . Thank you in advance. God bless everyone.

You can, but it can be a bit tricky to remove without the actual key.
Remove the bezel and get down to the cylinder itself. If it is really stubborn you may have to get a bit ugly with the cylinder itself, don't damage the assembly.
Amazon Amazon

Bought a few cylinders off of Wells over the years, always worked fine for me.
