Default Engine Noise Diagnosis (video included)

Hi everyone!

I have an 01 base AT with 130K miles on it. I'm having this engine noise that sounds like something is rattling inside the engine. It's mainly coming from the timing belt side of the bay. This noise is intermittent and mainly comes on during stop and go traffic and then will go off again periodically. The noise becomes louder at around 2000 to 2500 rpm. I am the second owner of the car and looking through the service history the valves have not been adjusted. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

It’s probably tossed the balance belt and now it’s just twerking inside the timing cover. Put your hand on the engine to feel where the noise is coming from. Probably the bottom of the timing cover. You can pull the crank pulley off and remove the bottom cover and see everything
