Should pull up a diagram on one of the parts websites so we know exactly what kind of clips you’re talking about.
I bought some push pins on eBay a while ago. The listing was for “(10) Fender Splash Shield Clips Honda Accord 91512-SM4-003” and they worked fine.

there is no dimensions listed on any of the parts sites. I thought someone would know right off the bat. I guess I need to stop being lazy and measure a hole.
