Wiring harness problems
Just swapped my auto d16y7 out for a standard b18b1.
I bought the wiring harness specific for that LS motor. I have to swap over the fuel rail connectors since I have an aftermarket fuel rail.
When I got the harness I noticed that I’m missing the ecu connectors completely. Anybody know what I can do to somehow get those ecu connectors on there?

I'm no swap expert, but you may want to consider retaining the stock 96 engine harness, which has the ECU connectors, and buying an OBD2a-OBD1 conversion harness. Then you can modify the stock engine harness to accommodate B18-specific sensors.
You are also likely planning to do the auto-manual transmission conversion, which may dictate a need to obtain certain wire harnesses from a manual 96 Civic hatchback.

What muellersfan meant to say is you WILL use your original stock '96 Civic DX engine harness and modify whatever plugs are necessary to connect to the B18B1 engine... lengthening or shortening wiring and changing plug types as needed to make it work. Use the injector clips from the B18B engine harness on your Civic engine harness. You can find an OBD-2A P74/P75 ECU that will plug directly into your Civic ECU plugs OR purchase an adapter harness as muellersfan suggested above.
... But, you did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night !!!
