Default Any good replacement for the factory navigation?

Seems like the refurbished/used head unit navigation market, especially for the 03-05 has dried up. Biggest issues I'm having is it is slow to boot up mostly in cold weather. Then if the screen is warm to the touch, the "okay" button on the lawyer screen won't respond. Affects both lower corners of the touch screen. Usually use my phone to navigate since it has traffic but get tired of looking at a black screen or keeping the mileage computer on. I've seen some aftermarket direct replacements but reading the reviews they seem really hit and miss with people returning them sometimes 2-3 times before getting a good one. It's a pretty popular car and they run forever so I thought the aftermarket would be more geared up for it but I guess not.

Anyone have a line on someone who does remans or a good aftermarket replacement?

Google it guy.

There are plenty of aftermarket options that are far superior to the crappy factory nav.

I did google it and none have particularly good reviews, plus the most popular one is using a pretty archaic operating system. And last time I looked there was a single OEM head unit on eBay that was already gone by the time I found the listing.

Was more hoping for a direct replacement but pretty much all that is through albania and those are so hit and miss. Might either have to go with one of the above (and just eliminate the navigation system) or keep searching for a good OEM one to pop up again.
