Post the CEL codes and clean the IACV.

Does the engine also have a FITV? If so, also clean and adjust it.

There's no code for the FPR. What specific code is thrown?

I believe code 43 was it. I’ll have to double check in morning.

Code 43 indicates an O2 sensor or fuel supply system problem.

The FITV attaches to the throttle body. Also check for air intake and vacuum leaks.

And see one thing about the car is it only surges when the motor has warmed up some. When it’s cold it doesn’t surf at idle any. Not until it warms up some then it starts
