Default VSS wireing to ecu HELP

Can somebody please help instruct me on wheat pins to send my ground and positive wires from my vss to my ecu its a p75 i know that B10 is the signal but i am under the impression i have to use the positive from the ecu for it to register not just the signal. Also i would just like it to be right and sent to the ecu properly im on a very tight budget and i cannot afford a whole harness at the moment. i am running a obd2 b18b1 motor in a 95 civic using and obd1 p75 ecu. i have re wired and sauntered every other issue this engine harness has had an issue with and the last thing is my vss sensor. who ever had it before me ripped the vss sensor wires out of the engine harness and i cant find them so i need to rewire it to the ecu sorry to sound like im ghetto rigging my car but at this moment i have no choice but to do it like this any help would be appreciated thanks. also the reason i believe they did it like this is cause the harness they used didnt support the distributor type being obd 2 so they did some janky wireing either way only thing i have left is this pesky vss issue thanks for any help.
