Power Steering Pump won't bleed
Picked up a used oem pump to install, my old one died.
It constantly whines and bubbles erupt from the reservoir.
Here's what I've done so far:
Replaced both Orings for the pump. High pressure and low pressure o rings.
Replaced low pressure hose between reservoir and pump and clamps (OE parts too)
Genuine Honda fluid kept topped off
Front end off the ground, steering a turn and a half in both directions for 20-30x
No leaks anywhere, steering rack is also dry from what I can see. Is the pump just bad?

I referred to the orings as seals in the OP. I'll update the OP for clarity. But yeah I've replaced both o rings. One for the high pressure side of the pump, and one on the low pressure (feed) side.
I brought it to Honda, and they think it's the pump that's bad without getting too far into it. I might've gotten a dud off eBay. Oh well.
New one on the way, I'll make sure to use the new oring in that one regardless and see if the new pump works better.

Fixed.
The plastic barbed fitting that attaches to the used pump I bought had a crack in it.
Found this out after I had already bought another used pump, and that one works fine. eBay seller already refunded me so no money lost, just time and power steering fluid.
