Hey guys any who replies I thank you in advance I've been trying to clear my random misfire but I've had no luck. I checked almost everything haven't checked for vacuum leak fuel pressure and valve adjustments personally I feel like I need a new ecu hopefully your feedback will help out 😊

based on what?

have you googled "p1399 troubleshoot"? valve adjustment and EGR issues (guessing clogged passage in the manifold) seem to be the two top causes. especially so in your case with all 6 cylinders being affected.

I would suggest you order a valve cover gasket set and plenum gasket set. pull the plenum to do the valve adjustment and while you have it off give it a good clean-out with carb cleaner to open the EGR passages. clear the code(s) and see what you get when it's back together
