I have 97 accord coupe but I prefer the 94-95 smaller tail light style. I know the 94-95 lid doesn't fit so my question is are there any after market lids that delete the lights on the lid?

 

If there were any they are probably long out of production.

 

what would you do about reverse lights?

if there were anything available on the aftermarket that isn't a stock replacement it's going to be carbon fiber. lightweight is great, but also expensive. you could buy a decent welder and two good trunk lids from the junkyard for less than a quality CF lid. learn to weld and make your own custom lid.
