if the cluster is going crazy i've had the 10mm bolt on the intake come lose and cause a nightmare. car sputtered and even shut off. gauges would spike and reset. check that ground. it's on the driver side of the intake manifold. where the vacuum cluster is on the end of the manifold. good luck.

I'll make sure to check it out this Wednesday ! It is. A 99 accord ex v6. I've changed lots of stuff such as Spark plugs
Wire set
Egr valve
Distributor cap
Timing belt
Water pump
Tensioner
Bearings
Ignition coil
Temperature sensor

And still having the random misfire. I had other codes but now all I have is p0300 1-6. Someone once stated that it could be the valves but I mean who knows right haha little by little I feel like I'm close to figuring it out before I give up. The car starts jerking more when it's all warmed up. I'll add pictures and videos later !

I am having the EXACT same problem With my 02 3.0 liter and ive noticed a couple other folks on the forums have also struggled with this expensive repair. Most end up throwing parts at it until they give up and find themselves spending a few hundred more in diagnostics all yo have a boggled tech tell them they need a new engine cause like myself the solution also eludes him too. Its discouraging no one has posted a definitive concise fix for clearing the 01-06 & random cylinder misfire codes. From what I understand its a common issue.

Misfire can be caused by a few reasons.
One would be weak or damaged ignition components. Worn plugs, large gap, loose plug(s), ill fitting ignition wires, oil in the spark plug wells, etc.
Partially blocked EGR port(s), might not be blocked enough to trip a low EGR flow issue.
Valves needing adjustment. Usually the exhaust seat wears/erodes, exhaust valve sinks into the cylinder, eventually there is no longer a gap and the valve no longer properly seats/seals. Loss of compression will cause a misfire.

Honda's Speed Density PGM-FI system is resilient, but it is still a speed density system and can be a bit slow to properly diagnose a problem correctly.

Verify valve lash is correct.
While the upper plenum is off, verify the lower runner feed port to head is clear.
Verify the plenum port is also clear, but also(on higher mileage vehicles) remove the IAT on the side and verify the trough across the front of the port inside the plenum is clear and free as well.
