Default Help with disabled lights on dashboard for ABS, TCS and Brake

I recently bought an Accord Coupe V6 2003, with no lights on the dash (good signal of no problems), but after some time I noticed that the ABS, TCS and Brake lights never turn on, not even on ACC switch, so I guess previous owner disable them if that is possible? how to re enable them?? scanner show no communication with ABS module, but ABS works if I brake hard enough to activate it. any advise??

Only code shown in scanner is U0121 - Lost communication with anti-lock brake system (ABS) control module, any idea on how to diagnose this?
