Top speed stock b18c with y80?
depends on how much distance you have... if its flat, downhill, or uphill... define mostly stock... and most importantly what Y80 do you have.
my JDM B18C (intake, header, exhaust... hp limited to 189hp) with a ITR/B16 trans (5.1 FD) has seen a GPS speed of 129.1 on the back straight at VIR.

I don't know which y80. They aren't marked, right?
My A1/s1 did 105 once and had more, but the reason I'm wondering....the highway speeds here are 80. That means running up to 90 for a couple hundred miles (per tank, 2-3 times). With this different gear ratio, I'm trying to have some idea of the rpms.
I'd have to drive a 100 miles one way, to get to the 80 mile an hour speed limits.... that's a long way to go just to check the rpms.
I'm thinking someone using this section might have an idea.
The engine is jdm gsr. Came from HMO, in very good condition.
The A1/S1 was 3500 rpms at 75, the b18c/Y80 is close to 4000 at 75.

The only way to do that is remove it and take it apart. At least that's what I've heard and read about these earlier Honda Transmission. I didn't see any markings when I installed it a couple months ago.
I guess there's so many from those years, no one will know or remember, but I was only looking for an educated guess. Thanks anyway.
I'll look at this, but for the Integra y80 for '96. I think I can find that.
