All rear lights flash with right turn signal, blinkers stop working when applying bra

All rear lights flash with right turn signal, blinkers stop working when applying bra
I am having a strange electrical problem with my 2006 Ridgeline RTL.
Thought it would be something simple like a shorted bulb. Doesn't seem to be that easy.
When brakes are applied driver side turn signal illuminates on dash
When left signal is activated every light (drivers brake, pass brake. Third brake. Passenger signal all flash) loud relay in vehicle.
"Small light" fuse 7.5a burns out when parking lights are illuminated.
-Checked and cleaned trailer light ground
-Cleaned trailer light connector/applied dielectric grease.
-Removed every bulb from tail light assy. individually which did not alter the flashing lights.
