Default Enormous coolant leak on 04 Civic

Hi guys, I have this huge leak in the rear part of my engine. Literally as I pour distilled water into my radiator it flows out 2 seconds later in a huge stream over my oil filter as well as dripping down the side of the oil pan. Just as fast as it goes in it goes out. What could it be?

You have a water pipe that crosses the back of the block under the intake manifold... O-ring sealing it on the water pump end and a pair of coolant hoses along it's length that go to the throttle body/IACV and the heater core inlet. The other end of the water pipe has a short piece of radiator hose sized coolant hose with clamps on both ends and then another short water pipe that terminates at the O-ring sealing it into the thermostat housing. I suggest you get under the car and look up and see where this water is coming from as it is poured in. You may need an additional person to help with this.

You have this 2004 Civic and a 1996 Civic (from your other posts) both with coolant leaks/issues?
