Hey guys, so i have a 1995 honda accord Ex 4cyl, and it needs a lot of work. So my current issue is that low and high rpms, i can feel the rpms surging, like its either an engine issue or it could be transmission slippage. It has a bad VSS for a floke a year now and i just pulled the code for the transmission and got a code 4. i read somewhere that its a lockup issue and need to start by replacing the VSS which ive been putting off. is that correct or should i start by diagnosing sowhere else?
