Whining noise that gets louder with higher RPM
Wondering if anyone can help me diagnose what this noise is caused by and how to fix it. I've looked around a little bit and some have said it's caused by low power steering fluid but when I checked, the power steering fluid was fine. I took some videos of what the noise sounds like:
