I have a 1991 civic dx. It’s a wiring disaster. The starter and fuel sending unit were hard wired and bypassed the ignition switch. Return everything to oem to the best of my ability. Dash lights will come on (with battery connected no key)(another mystery). no prime or start. I have a code 20 on ecu (electric load) struggling with that and I have a green wire cut on both ends in the engine bay. Uploading picture of green wire. Trying my best to check grounds. I also have two grounds under dash leading to no where. Up loading picture of grounds too.

The black wire in the third and 4th pic looks like it was added by the precious owner. that ring lug as the end is certainly not OEM.
The green wire looks as it it were likely added by the previous owner as well.
The split loom isn't taped at all like the stock harness and there are some zip ties holding it in place.
