92 accord tail lights, reverse lights,brake lights , dash lights all out help please

i went to start my car turn on the lights and they flashed and went out i checked fuses and one was blown so i replaced the 15a fuse and it did it again. its almost as soon as i flip the switch. im not really that good at wiring and if i could get some help i would appreciate it thank you!

Which fuse blew? Sounds like you have a short somewhere.

The small light fuse. It ended up blowing again last night and this morning I could swear I hired what sounded like lifter noise idk if that would have anything to do with it .
