Shouldn't all DC2 knuckles, hubs, calipers, and rotors (except maybe the Type-R) be bolt-on for all 92-00 civics?

Yes for 92-95. For 96-00 the knuckles are too tall. You can use ej8 ex knuckles on an ej6 and then bolt to calipers to the ej8 ex knuckles in the front. You can use DC2 knuckles on an Ej you just might have weird camber.

When I had them off my 2000 EK, I measured them up against the knuckles from a 95 integra. Maybe 1/8" difference. MAYBE. Not enough difference to be practically noticed.

I speak from no experience. However if you have an 96-2000 ex then you might was well use your stock knuckle anyways.

Yep, I understand that there isn't a point going to DC2 knuckles from EX or Si knuckles because all the DC2 brake stuff will bolt right up to those.
