New to this...need help on my 1990 ef hatchback
Okay, I have a 1990. Honda Civic hatchback I have replaced everything break Wise from booster. Master cylinder calipers shoes everything but brake lines. Due to no fluid leaks. Driver side is still locking up. And not wanting it to release. Any advice on what I should do or how to Go about fixing this problem.
Thank you in advance.

try taking the caliper off and using compressed air to blast out the piston. After it is out use feel the inside for any scoring or imperfections around the piston or inside the slot in the caliper. something as small can cause the piston to stop moving. go over it with some fine sand paper and then put some brake fluid in and test out the process by moving the piston inside of the caliper. if it all looks good then reassemble.
Their brand new tho...i just replced the rubber hose from calipers to metal hoses and still locking down ive literally replaced every thing even the the piece that lines run to from master cylinder over to passengers side proportional valve i think the name is and ive also took air and blew threw line on all just front driver brake has been given me problem im still lost i have done everything i can think of ill check like you said but like i said its a new caliper would it come like that from store....like a default?
