Default 97 engine swap

I just got a 97 accord with the f22b and 5 speed manual. I know I’m gunna be pulling the engine and I want to swap it for something else. I want to get a k series, but I don’t know how well that will work. What’s my best course of action?

Default Re: 97 engine swap

If you are unfamiliar with engine swaps and have little/no mechanical knowledge then a K swap is not for you. It is very expensive for this chassis. The easiest swaps are performance engines based on the same platform like the F20B/H22/H23A VTEC. H23A VTEC is my typical recommendation for the older Accord chassis. They make great power and torque which helps pull the weight around.
