So I've replaced water pump and may have ruined timing from tensioner moving crank anyways..I have a 1.5L carbureted single cam motor

so ive got the crank at top dead centre which is also at compression stroke, and numerous attempts of changing the cam position as I don't now much about valve opening and what not. I have spark ,not sure how to check for fuel. In need of some serious help feels as if I tried everything.

 

You need to figure out how to set the cam timing of your engine at TDC1. Try a google search.
