Default 97 prelude cuts out when I floor it

If I ease on the gas it runs fine as soon as I try to accelerate fast it’s bogs and cuts out I’m not sure what’s wrong just bought the car doesn’t have a cl as of now it ran fine for the first week it’s the h22a4

Could be a fuel problem, enough pressure and volume of fuel to idle or cruise but upon heavy throttle there isn't enough. Check or change your fuel filter. Could also be a TPS sensor or injector problem but typically you;d see a CEL.

Okay I have 2 codes p0435 and p0450 which I believe one is a evap code

Given the limited information, I'm going to say a clogged cat is a possibility considering the P0435 code.
