Default Troubleshooting: 2006 Honda Civic - immobilizer issue

Okay so I have a 2006 Honda Civic. I also have a immobolizer issue with the car. I have the correct key for the vehicle but when I start the vehicle it runs for about 2 seconds until the ECU kills the connection to the fuel pump. Is there any way I could possibly straight wire the fuel pump to the battery to bypass the immobolizer from pretty much killing the car? I still have power but the car is turned right back off. Help? I bought the car about 3 weeks ago and this problem happened about 4 days ago and is stopping my transportation to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if the immobilizer is the issue since it's letting you run the engine for 2 seconds.
Immobilizer doesn't let you start the engine at all.

The 06 - 11 civics immobilizer was multiplexed. The code from the immob control unit on the ign sw was converted to digital then run thru the body control module then to the ecu.
It's pretty bullet proof. The key ring, key and ecu all have to match.
