Default 2000 Honda Civic Cx Hard Start Issue

New to the forum not sure if too many people post on this section anymore, but i thought I'd give it a try. So i have a 2000 civic cx that i purchased sept 2019 and it takes forever for the car to start. If when the engine is cold it takes close to a minute of straight cranking for it to start, but once the car warms up it starts right up like if nothing was wrong. I know its not fuel related as i checked fuel pressure which was to spec according to Honda manual. I had previously replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump prior to checking fuel pressure. I did see the cap on my dizzy was cracked so i went ahead and replaced it as well as the rotor but had no luck. I also figured i would replace the ect sensor in the head and also had no luck. I did get a cel mid December for P0300 P0301 P0302 P0304 and P1399 when the car started misfiring, but the misfire would be intermittent and would go away once warmed up. I did do a valve adjustment and cleared the codes and P1399 for a valves did not come back but the misfire codes did. I later cleared the codes after about a week of noticing the car stopped misfiring and they have not come back since. These past few days have been very cold in Chicago and has caused the car to not start. I also noticed the car cranks longer as the weather got colder. I haven't checked for air leaks/vacuum leaks or spark just yet as its been pretty cold and i have been busy with work and school. Any suggestions will help, please and thank you!

Did you also replace the plug wires and plugs, along with the cap and rotor? If the misfire continues after a full ignition system tune up, you can check for a fuel delivery issue by spraying starting fluid into the throttle body. If the cold start issue persists with starting fluid, then consider the ignition coil and ICM.

Which ECT sensor did you replace? There are several.

*EDIT*I replaced the one on the head (part number: 37870-pj7-003) i believe that is the one that tells the computer the actual coolant temp and controls how much fuel should be sprayed depending on temperature. The other ect on the head would be for the temp gauge inside the car.

Sorry forgot to mention that i did plugs at the same time as cap and rotor, i just havent done wires. I also forgot to mention that i also checked the ignition coil in the past, i got resistance reading of .7 ohms for primary and 15.71k ohms for secondary and if i remember right that is within honda spec, but i think there might've been a very small burn mark on the casing of the coil but i wasnt sure if it was actually burnt or if it was just the way the plastic mold was made. I will try doing starting fluid as soon as i can hopefully by Wednesday.
