89 si crx. D16z6. Now f I could fk n wrap my brain going a new harness for it that would be dope mine is missing the vtec solenoid and a couple other plugs that I have no idea where they go there's cut wires jsut random threw out the who car . The search engine on HT blows too btw.. of any one can help me I'd really appericat it ima explain what happened. I got the crx it had a d16z6 in it already drove it for 6 years broke up with forks I was with she took the car had it for 8 years she kept it to spite me and it sat in a field l when I came back I tried to get the crx back ahe let me I pulled it out the field and towed to to my house it sat untouched for another year . I finally got it back running and it swallowed the rings in cylinder 3 sent that mother till she tooker her last breath had been building this z6 in preparation for that. Pop the hood pull the motor realize the engine harness is basically trashed and its barley running my c as r rn I'm not trying to destroy all the work I've put in to this car I am Mechanically inclined and have basic hand tools. I was really hopeful that it's not gonna cost an arm and a leg I already have the ecu to run the z6 ( no I idk a single thing about the ecu is that I dont know enough) and I have the z6 in the c rex I already dumped soo much in to it blood sweat tears and money. I just need some hlep.
I watched the mpfi vedios its jsut a guy scraping out his I take with a screw driver. I would really like to use the engine harness that came with the motor I rebuilt. I'll post pictures of the harness I have and alla that when i get off work tonight. Again thank you for you help . New guy
