I need some help with removing the fuel rail I have everything apart down to the fuel rail but for some reason I cant get it off I have both hoses unclamped both the bolts I saw can someone give me a step by step for this model it would be much appreciated

 

If you have gotten the fuel rail torn all the way down and disconnected the hoses i'm sure you have undone the bolts that hold the fuel rail in at this point you'll want to use something and lightly pry or pull on the rail. The O rings are probably just really holding them in tight.
worst case the rail will be disconnected from injectors. Just be gentle and it should turn out fine.
