GSR Block bored .5 over stock

Can I use my stock pistons on a block bored .5 over stock?

Nope. You need larger sized pistons.

which piston would you recommend. I’m thinking of buying the YCP CTR high compression pistons or the nippon ITR pistons. Both being 81.5mm

I would do the ITR domed pistons... the CTR's are really more compression than a pump-gas street car needs.
