Default Turn signal issue

So I have a weird issue with my left turn signal. When I turn on the left turn signal the rear signal flashes fast and bright which is what I want because I changed the rear turn signal bulb with an LED. The front left signal flashes fast as well but it's dim. The front left turn signal has the OEM bulb. Another issue i'm having is when I turn on the headlights the left turn signal stays on without flashing and without me engaging the signal. The right signal works normally, the front and rear flash fast and bright and it's the same set up as the left side. Any ideas as to what the issue could be? If it matters, my OEM wires for my headlights are cut. No wires were cut or modified to the turn signals.

The left front headlight and turn signal share a common ground in the engine bay (G202). Wire brush clean and tighten the G202 ground connection.
