Aright guys new here but not super new to ruckus/Zoomers. I am here in Japan working on my buddies scooter that when he rides it and comes to a stop it stalls. I have swapped the carbs out and adjusted the idle speed screw but once I feel like a get a solid idle it starts to run away to extreme RPMs everything on the bike is stock to include the air box and varitor. Any ideas?
