Euro R stock head on a H23a1 stock block..."???" No start

Euro R stock head on a H23a1 stock block..."???" No start
This is my first ever Honda build in & out. I ran into an issues maybe you guys can
help me with In selection of which way I should go on my manual 93 BB1 prelude that still has it's p13 ecu.
So,
I have a H22a4 block / a H23a1 block /
A h22 EURO R head / & a h22a1 p13 HF1 head
i want to build 1 motor out of it all.... Which way should I go with this build to build a reliable daily out of it ...thanks!
