Default F23a1 motor 2000 accord

Need to do a motor swap but not sure as to which motors are compatible need a good base motor for my future plans any help would be awesome.

F23A is the jdm equivalent and works as a direct replacement.

So then the motor I have is a good 1 then...if I'm understanding you correctly? And should I mention the motor I currently am running is vtech

Yeop. F23A1 was the peak of the F series single cammers.

If you mean to replace the existing cam, yes you can replace it.
But you will need to retune to gain all the benefits. Problem is OBDII Honda systems of this era are kinda a PITA/pricey to rechip. You will need to weigh the cost vs benefits to see if you really want to go down that road.

G23?

Before you start any expensive swap, why not add a turbo? You can get it done for for less and make a vast improvement over stock performance of any engine swap..

I really want to see what these do w a bisi cam and nippon k20s, f23 heads look potent, like a k24 waiting to happen.
p.s. or you could just get an h22 head, same ol...
