Immobilizer chip removal

Default Immobilizer chip removal

I have a 02 civic ex and some one tried to steal it and just trashed everything on the colom is there a way I can pull the immobilizer chip and get the car started all the wiring Is cut in the ignition and it's just a mess I just wanna get it started so I can part it out and if someone wants to hear it run so a y advice would be very helpful

The immobilizer is programmed in the ECU, so in short... no.

Welp I decided to take apart and pull the ic240 chip out of the ecu and guess what it started up and alot of people said it wont run. It does have a perement cell but its al good

what chip is it and is there anything else you need to remove or soder?
