2008 Civic DX 90k ish

Just picked this car up and getting it going, been sitting five years. Idles fine, runs fine above 2k rpm. However, when either accelerating or decelerating through 1500 rpm the engine speed fluctuates a lot. probably 800-1700. So bucks with clutch not depressed. So after some research and using some prior knowledge the list of things to check are: IACV, TPS, vacuum lines for leaks. Any other things it could be? Where would you start?
