Tried removing brake rotor screw and the impact driver bit broke off in the screw and couldn’t get it out so then i decided to try and drill the screw it and then it melted the screw and rotor together. Attached picture need help on what to do. Should I try and cut it out please help

 

Keep drilling.

 

Keep drilling or go buy a screw extractor kit and keep drilling with that. And buy a new rotor.

 

I'd keep drilling, and whack back of rotor with hammer to loosen it. It will come off.
