help I bought a 97 honda accord for fifty bucks and it had hit a deer and trashed the rad support. I was just wondering if someone had a spot weld diagram for the bulkhead or knew where to find that info at. thank you for your time have a good day.

 

i have fixed wrecked cars before and my advice to you is find a non wrecked accord and document the distances between every threaded hole in an X pattern. Then when fixing you car, replicate those measurements.

 

Upper rad support is pretty easy to tweak.
I'd suggest getting a good hood and pull the rad support back to get it pretty close to where it should be. Might be surprised to find that it is mostly cosmetic damage and not too much structural.
Once you get the hood to sit proper/latch, if the upper support is still mangled then cut it out and replace it.

 

^ This. I hit a deer years ago and had to bend my upper radiator support back into shape. Drilled some holes and used a big chain tightener to pull it back straight. After that it was a little bit more finessing with a hammer and wood block to get it very close. Had to egg out the holes on the hood latch slightly to get it to close completely but it was an easy fix otherwise.
