Default Odyssey stuck brake - not caliper?

1997 Honda Odyssey - Cleaned up caliper assembly, replaced piston and seals. Piston keeps sticking out. Brake line seems fine, i.e. have plenty of fluid during bleed. Pins are cleaned and lubed. Blew ports out on bolt holding line to caliper. Stuck on the road 1400 miles from home. Any help is appreciated.

okay, so apparently it was the line being constricted. Did some more research, was having problem getting the line off at the connection to steel line. Wanted to see if brackets holding the line would come loose so I removed them. I pried apart the one that sandwiches over the line and instantly noted how the rust build up on the inside of bracket had pinched the line in. I used some pliers to squeeze it back to shape and when I checked the caliper had released. Tested it a couple times and it seems to be releasing. So for now I may be able to get by with this line, rubber seems okay just rusty bracket. I cleaned up the rust. Although the line didn't return to perfect shape at least it doesn't have anything constricting it. If I replace the line it will come with a new bracket. Now I'm going to preemptively remove the sandwiching bracket on the driver side and clean it up before it constricts that side. Removing that bracket is a lot cheaper and easier than replacing the brake line.

Good find!
The rubber hose will likely return to shape under pressure, but I would still recommend to replace it with brand new because at this age it had already stretched, and now this deformation is not adding any confidence.

Roger that. Going to wait until I'm home in case I have to replace any steel line or cut & flare, Fitting is WI rusty. Keeping an eye on it. Caliper acting fine for now. 240K and cancer ridden, trying to keep her alive a while longer. Vandwelling in NM at the moment. Thanks for the response.
