Default 1a auto good?

I’m planning to replace suspension parts and came across 1a auto.. my question is are they any good? Also I’m planning to get coil overs. Not sure which but someone here suggested teins and progress cs-II. Would they be compatible with the 1a auto parts?
noob question I know but any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You get what you pay for ya know. Personally I would go Honda genuine on lower ball joints, I’ve read good things about pro-forged inner/outer tie rods. As far as lower control arms, i would buy new Honda gen bushings and press out the old ones, at this time you could have the arms painted or powder coated. Upper arms, if you can afford Honda gen get them as they will last the longest daily driving, otherwise, i had okay luck with napa brand, but i’m sure there are better options out there.
