Are H23 and H22 pistons the same height?
Just thinking....since they have the same deck height to make?
For instance can you use H23 crank/rods with an H22 piston? Just curious.
I have F20B crank/rods and I'm wondering if I can re-use my H23 spec Arias piston. Since the F20B also hits the same deck height. Thanks.

yes, you can use the pistons interchangeably to a point. the H23 piston is flat faced instead of domed, yet still yields 10:1 compression in an H23 setup due to the H23's shallower roof.
an H23 piston in an H22 motor will result in lower compression ratio.
as for the F20B, the deck is the same height, but is destroked compared to the H22... considering it uses an H22 VTEC head on the F20B block, the combustion chamber volume of the head should result in the same effect as explained above... reduced compresson ratio.

Can't make up my mind...the H23 VTEC made great power...but the torque was almost too much
