Hi, I recently removed cruise control on my 97 accord ex 4 cylinder, as soon as I removed it, I turned on the car and CEL was on, assuming a vacuum leak but I did cap vacuum line that connects to cruise control, should solve that problem?
Today my scan tool arrives and code reads cylinder 4 misfire, are they relevant?

 

Possibly knocked something off without realizing it. recheck your work.
But I've also had plenty of times where working on one part of the vehicle and then another issue occurs that is totally unrelated. You just happened to breath on something.
