Default Installing Aftermarket Stereo While Keeping Climate Controls

I have a 2003 Honda Accord EX Sedan with the factory stereo. I will be replacing (or complimenting) the stereo with a Pioneer or Kenwood aftermarket stereo but I'm concerned about heating and cooling.
I really want to buy something like this (link below), but I don't know if it's possible to install it without losing climate controls, due to climate controls being integrated into the factory stereo. Is there a way to install it while keeping the climate controls? I've heard people throw the word "harness" around when it comes to climate controls, will such a contraption get the job done for me?
If I get something that compliments the factory stereo, of course I wouldn't lose the climate controls then but it seems like the most cost-effective solution is a replacement; I'd be getting more bang for my buck.
The main thing I'm concerned with is being able to stream audio from my phone to my car. Anything extra is just a bonus.

For that one you might be able to find something for it but if you're willing to go with a traditional looking radio here is a piggy back that will plug into the factory (Keeping climate control and having an upgraded stereo) and branch off so you have the radio in the cubby. Go on Amazon and look up this: Metra 99-7862 lower Dash Single DIN Installation Kit for 2003 accord and see if that will work for you.

Also I found this: https://www.soundoftristate.com/pion...imate-controls and it seems to be a total head replacement but that's the best I've found
