Hi guys... I got an 2013 Honda Accord. I notices the 2020 Brown DVD Map Update just available online, so I go ahead and order it. Shipping was fast, got it today. But the Activation Codes that they provided on the letter does not work! It kept saying WRONG CODE! I check. My Device ID is correct on the letter, My VIN number is Correct. I enter the Activation Code like 5 times.... It kept saying wrong code! I guess I can't do nothing but wait till Monday when there office open and call in. This is kind of stupid..... really.

I don't know anyone have experience this issues when they try to order a MAP update for there Accord. This is my 2nd time updating it. Last time was in 2016 with no issue. But this time I am stuck going no where....
